Labrador Security Outfit owned by Bayelsa-born entrepreneur, Dr. Kojo Sam, is set to host the Nembe-Se Unity Football Tournament with the theme: “One Nembe-Se, One Voice.”

Mr. Tekenah Kuromioye Amie, Chairman of the Technical Committee, made the disclosure on Tuesday via a press statement made available to Salient Times News

Tekenah stated that the tournament will take place from November 15 to December 6, 2025.

“The eight strong teams that will participate in the competition are Nembe City Fc, Opu-Nembe Fc, Okoroma Fc, Twon Brass Fc, Igoni Fc, Agbalakoko Fc, Cape Formosa Fc and Omo Fc.

“The teams will battle it out for the coveted prizes, including ₦5 million for the first prize, ₦3 million for the second prize, and ₦2 million for the third prize,” the statement hinted.

He added that individual awards will also be given to the best player, highest goal scorer, best defender, and best goalkeeper of the tournament.

“Each winner of these categories will be receiving a trophy and cash prize courtesy of Dr. Kojo Sam who is passionate about the unity and progress of our people,” Tekenah disclosed.

The statement further revealed that the opening match will kick off on November 15, 2025, at Twon Brass stadium and the final match will be held on December 6, 2025, at Nembe City stadium.

The group matches in Brass Local Government Area will feature at Okpoama, Odioama, and Twon Brass football stadiums

While group matches in Nembe LGA will take place at Okoroma, Nembe City and Opu Nembe football stadiums.

The Technical Committee Chairman pointed out that “the tournament will promote peace, unity, and oneness among Nembe people in Bayelsa State.”

He therefore encouraged everyone to participate and make the tournament a memorable one.

“We are using this medium to invite all natives and residents of various communities to come out in their numbers to support and cheer their favorite teams during the tournament
