The Ogun State Commissioner of Police, Lanre Ogunlowo, has called for the cooperation of residents of the State in crime reduction while saying that crimes are reported daily in the state, prompt attention, collaboration among security agencies in intelligence gathering and sharing, and the use of modern technology are working together to achieve the desired results.

The Ogunlowo who featured on the National Standard Television, Abeokuta Studio over the weekend announced that a technology app will soon be introduced in the state that will involve resident participation in assisting security agencies in policing the state.

CP Ogunlowo acknowledged the past police authorities that had administered the state, building a good foundation in securing the state.

He assured investors of a secure environment and appreciated the residents and other security agencies for their contributions to securing the state.
