Bayelsa Assembly Member Appreciates Constituents For Overwhelming Support

Ebizi Brown, member representing Sagbama Constituency 3 in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, recently hosted an interactive luncheon for stakeholders and constituents, marking a unique initiative to foster unity and appreciation.

Brown expressed her gratitude to her constituents for their overwhelming support since her election, stating, “I am grateful and it has been awhile, and I thought it was about time I brought my constituency together to thank them.”

The assembly member outlined her vision for her constituents, which includes continuing to lobby for projects, addressing issues raised by her constituents, and ensuring that government services reach her people.

She outlined some of her achievements include facilitating the distribution of educational materials, providing medical assistance, and responding promptly to the recent cholera outbreak.

Brown’s message to the people of Sagbama Constituency 3 was one of love, accessibility, and commitment to delivering services and good representation, and encouraged her constituents to reach out to her and emphasized the importance of communication.

As a woman in politics, Brown emphasized the importance of hard work, excellence, and self-improvement, encouraging women to strive for these qualities to succeed in leadership positions.

The Odoni- born female lawmaker expressed her desire to have more interactions with her constituents, citing the unifying effect of the luncheon.
