Richard Opanuga, President of SGFC Athletics Sports Club, has expressed his strong support for the Evolution Cup Pan African tournament.
As a passionate advocate for grassroots sports, Opanuga also known as Zico stated, “I am truly impressed by this remarkable initiative and am committed to supporting and motivating the tournament organizers.”
Zico also acknowledged the endorsements from notable figures such as Adeboye Adeyinka, Senior Special Assistant on Grassroots Sports Development to the President, and Kumbi Clement Titiloye, Chairman of Kwara United, for the Evolution Cup.
Based in the United States, Opanuga urged influential individuals to champion grassroots sports in order to discover and nurture the sporting talents of Nigeria’s youth.
