I got to know him while serving in Katsina State when he was the Comptroller Katsina State Command. Olusemire generated boisterous income for Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) in Katsina State Command and other positions served. His intelligence is amazing cracking down criminals activities, giving no room for security Fallout under his structures.
Olusemire, one of Nigerians finest officers gallantly bowed out of service recently after serving Nigeria meritoriously for over three decades, was said to have been considered for the retirement soiree as a result of his huge contribution to humanity.
