The APC flag bearer for August, 2026 Local Government Election in Ezza South Barr. Chinedu Mkpuma has pledged to work with everybody and uphold the virtues of the people’s charter of needs mantra of the state Governor Francis Nwifuru when elected into office.
Barr. Mkpuma stated this in his country home Onueke Urban when he played a host to the Izzikworo youth Assembly.
Izzikworo youth Assembly is the umbrella body of the youths organization from the nine communities out of twelve communities that made up Ezza South LGA.
Mkpuma said he was elated to receive the youth leadership of the clan in his home adding that when elected his administration would witness tremendous and accelerated integration of all clans in the area.
He noted that his tenure will give more attention to the needs of the youths to complement the efforts of the state Governor, Francis Nwifuru in the area of youths empowerment.
Earlier, in his remarks the president of Izzikworo youth Assembly, Comrade Azi Nichodious said the youth body deemed it necessary to pay him a formal visit and appreciate the state Governor, Nwifuru for his choice in the area.
He emphasized the need for the flag bearer to carry the people of Izzikworo along during and after his campaign as they would always support him at any point he called on them.
Also speaking, a BOT member of the organization, Engr. Kingdom Otubo said the people of the Izzikworo clan are ready to work with the flag bearer and now and as a substantive Council Boss, even as the General Election is around the corner.
