High Chief Ebiango Egai, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bayelsa State, has described the six-year administration of Governor Douye Diri as transformative.
Speaking in an interview at the Thanksgiving Service to commemorate six years of the Prosperity Administration, Egai expressed gratitude for the opportunity to attend the governor’s thanksgiving service marking six years in office.
He praised Diri’s leadership, saying the state has undergone significant changes under his watch.
When asked if the past six years have been beneficial to Bayelsans, Egai attributed the current state of the state to the governor’s performance and prayed for continued wisdom and resources for Diri to further develop Bayelsa.
Regarding the governor’s promise of 24-hour power supply, Egai advised Bayelsans to be patient, citing the governor’s explanation for the delay, noting that March is around the corner and urged the people to continue praying for the governor’s success.
In his message to Bayelsans, Egai urged them to support the government and pray for its success, as it’s in line with the thanksgiving sermon which calls for support to leaders for the greater good.
