Bandits loyal to notorious kingpin, Bello Turji faction have k!lled five people and abducted 9 others in Bargaja village Isa Local Government Area of Sokoto State.
It was gathered that the armed bandits stormed the community on Friday night, November 7, 2025.
Journalist Bakatsine, who confirmed the incident said most of the abducted victims are young women.
“Yesterday night, bandits loyal to Bello Turji stormed Bargaja village in Isa LGA, Sokoto State, leaving several people d3ad,” he wrote.
“One person was seriously injured and at least 10 residents, mostly young women, were abducted.
“This latest assault show the continuing threat of bandit violence across northwest Nigeria, where communities often face raids with little warning or protection.
“Residents are urging authorities to intensify security patrols and rescue efforts for the abducted victims.”
