Tragedy has struck the family of the Senate Minority Leader, Senator Patrick Abba Moro, following the painful loss of his son and grandson within two days.
Salient Times gathered that Senator Moro’s son, Victor, who had recently completed his studies in Turkey, returned to Nigeria to participate in the National Youth Service Corps programme.
Sadly, his life was cut short in a fatal motor accident along the Mararaba axis in Nasarawa State, barely 24 hours after the burial of his father’s grandson.
The younger Moro had reportedly travelled from his family home to attend to personal matters when the accident occurred.
The incident has thrown the lawmaker’s family and close associates into deep mourning, with many describing the loss as a double tragedy.
