The Movement for the Survival of the Izon Ethnic Nationality in the Niger Delta (MOSIEND), has congratulated the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on the occasion of his 50th birthday.

A statement signed and issued on Tuesday by its President, Dr. Kennedy Tonjo West, MOSIEND described Dr. Ogbuku’s Golden Jubilee as a significant milestone in the life of a leader whose career has been defined by vision, resilience, and an abiding commitment to the progress of the Niger Delta.

The group noted that under Dr. Ogbuku’s stewardship, the NDDC has witnessed renewed focus on sustainable development, inclusiveness, and regional integration.

While rejoicing with him on this remarkable occasion, the group prayed for divine wisdom, good health, and long life for Dr. Ogbuku as he continues to render invaluable service to the Niger Delta and Nigeria.

The statement reads: “We celebrate him as an icon of service and development whose contributions continue to inspire confidence and foster unity across our communities.
