The Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Development and Technology Innovation, Hon. Dennis Ogunnaike, has expressed heartfelt appreciation to Governor Dapo Abiodun for approving the construction of the Erinlu–Idotun–Imosan–Imodi Road in Odogbolu Local Government Area of Ogun State.

In a statement released from his constituency office in Erinlu on Thursday and made available to journalists, Ogunnaike described the project as a clear testament to Governor Abiodun’s unwavering commitment to infrastructural development, particularly in the Ijebu axis of the state. He noted that the communities of Erinlu, Idotun, Ikangba Housing, Imosan, and Imodi are immensely grateful for the initiative.

“On behalf of the good people of Erinlu, Idotun, Ikangba Housing, Imosan, and Imodi, we extend our deepest gratitude to His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, for his visionary leadership and dedication to rural development and infrastructure,” Ogunnaike stated.

Adding that the approval of the Erinlu–Idotun–Imosan–Imodi expressway marks a major milestone in improving regional connectivity, economic growth, and social inclusion.

He emphasized that the project is more than just an infrastructural upgrade, saying it is a transformative development that will significantly improve access to healthcare, education, agriculture, and local commerce, while also boosting the area’s tourism potential.

“For instance, Ifesowapo is fast becoming a mega city, with modern housing estates and world-class hospitality centers springing up regularly. This growth is a direct result of the business friendly environment and economic revitalization efforts under Governor Abiodun’s ISEYA mantra,” he added.

“Your administration continues to prove that good governance is not merely a campaign slogan, but a lived reality in Ogun State. Thank you for listening to the voices of the people and responding with vision and compassion. We pledge our unwavering support and continued prayers for the success of your administration and beyond.”

Ogunnaike also lauded the Chairman of Odogbolu Local Government, Dr. Babatunde Diya, for his collaborative spirit and active role in advancing the ISEYA agenda at the grassroots level.

“I must commend our chairman; young, visionary, and full of innovative ideas. His commitment to the people of our constituency is evident. This project is another shining example of his impactful leadership in promoting the ‘Igbega Ipinle Ogun’ agenda,” Ogunnaike concluded.
