May 27: Ansar-ud-deen Society Of Nigeria Celebrates Children’s Day
The Ansar-ud-deen Society Of Nigeria has congratulated Nigerian Children for the year 2025 Children’s day celebration.
In a release issued and signed by the Ansar-ud-Deen Society of Nigeria President, Prince Mosediq Adeniji Kazeem, SAN, urged the Children to imbibe good characters.
“On this joyous occasion of Children’s Day, I extend warm felicitations to all children in our dear Nation and the entire world.
“As you celebrate this special day, we want to remind you of the importance of being good children to your parents as Allah commanded. The Quran teaches us to be righteous, kind, and compassionate towards others. In Surah An-Nahl, Allah says, “And be kind to the believers who follow you.” (16:90)
“We hope you will always remember the following values:
Speaking of Kindness and Compassion, he urged the Children to “treat others with respect and compassion, just as the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us. “And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, ‘My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small.'” (17:24)
The President while also speaking on Honesty and Integrity, urges children to “always speak the truth and be honest in all your dealings. “O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate righteousness.” (33:70)
He urged them to “Strive to learn as much as you can. “Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim.” (Prophetic saying)
While advising that they should “take care of your physical and mental health. “And do not throw yourself into destruction.” (2:195)
– *Obedience and Respect:* Always obey your parents and teachers. “And your Lord has decreed that you do not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment.” (17:23)
“Gratitude and Generosity- “Be thankful for the blessings you have and share with others. “And [remember] when your Lord proclaimed, ‘If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor].'” (14:7)
“Remember, as children of Allah, you are precious and valued.
He prayed that “May Allah bless you with happiness, guidance, and success in this life and the next. Ameen!
May your childhood be filled with joy, laughter, and wisdom to learn.
May you grow up to be righteous, compassionate, and contributing members of society.
May Allah be with you always.
Happy Children’s Day once again!
