The Landlords in a letter written to some security agencies in the State decried the incessant attacks carried out on one of the residents of the community, thereby creating fears on the entire residents of the community.

In the letter signed by one Aderibigbe Adeboye, the CDA Secretary said the thugs who at different times lay siege on the home of one Sanusi Olumide Micheal, and destroyed many valuables in the home of their attackers, shattering the windows, and other valuables in the home.

The CDA alleged that the attackers who were allegedly sponsored by the APC Chairman in the State, Chief Yemi Sanusi, had deferred arrest by the police in spite of a series of petitions written against him.

CONSTANT ATTACK BY SUSPECTED POLITICAL THUGS ON THE HOME OF ONE SANUSI OLUMIDE MICHEAL: REQUEST FOR INTERVENTION

I write on behalf of the entire residents of the above named Community to request for your intervention on the harassment, daily torment and threat to live of the family of one of Our members, Mr Sanusi Olumide Micheal

Sir, the Community observed that after the last general elections held between February to March, 2023, and the subsequent legal fireworks that followed, the community has been experiencing constant attacks from suspected political thugs allegedly being sponsored by one Chief Yemi Sanusi, the Ogun State All Progressives Congress Chairman against his perceived political opponents.

The attack which we understand to be targeted against Olumide, in spite of his whereabouts being unknown, these men have continued to lay siege on Our community, thereby giving us sleepless nights.

Just two weeks ago, exactly on February 28th, 2025. The thugs unleashed mayhem on the home of Olumide Sanusi again, destroying many of the properties in the house. Though, Olumide was not around, we understand that some members of his household may have suffered varying degrees of injury.

During the attack, they wielded highly sophisticated weapons and the whole community was in tumult.
As a local Vigilante group that we trust, we write that you assist us in securing the community, and its residents.

While we hope that this time around, the police will do their job professionally, because former complaints made to them had been treated with kid gloves.

While trusting in your expertise, the community will continue to perform its financial role for you to be effective in the assignment.

Thanks

Aderibigbe Adeboye

CDA Secretary
