As Rangers International Football Club of Enugu marks its 55 years anniversary, Abia Warriors Chairman, Coach John Sam Obuh has congratulated the Board, Management, Staff and Players of the club on reaching the milestone.

The Flying Antelopes as Rangers International Football Club is fondly called, recently celebrated her 55 years of existence, a development that has continued to draw commendations from Nigeria football aficionados, among whom is the Abia Warriors Supremo, Coach John Obuh.

The former Nigeria U-17 and U-20 Head Coach, sent his heartfelt congratulations to the club, even as he wished them well in their future endeavours.

“I wish to extend a big congratulations to the Board, Management, Staff and Players of Rangers International Football Club of Enugu, on the occasion of their 55 years of existence. It’s indeed a feat worthy of celebration”, Obuh said.

He stated further, “Rangers International is one of the oldest football clubs in Nigeria still in existence, and also taking cognizance of the fact that they are the current Nigerian Premier League champions makes it the more unique. I wish them well in their football endeavour.

“Big! big!! Congratulations to Rangers International of Nigeria. I am very proud to have played and coached the team.
Congratulations once again.”

Coach John Obuh aside playing for Rangers in his early days, also managed the clubside as a Head Coach.
