A 32-year-old man fatally shot himself in the head inside one of the most exclusive New York hotels on Thursday, Jan. 9.
Police found the hotel guest inside a room in the luxury Aman New York on West 57th Street and Fifth Avenue around 1:45 p.m., police sources told The Post.
EMS pronounced him de@d at the scene.
Cops did not release his identity pending family notification.
“This afternoon, emergency services were called and responded to an incident in a room involving a guest. We are fully cooperating with emergency responders and will not comment further,” a spokesperson for the hotel told The Post.
A night’s stay at the pricey hotel, located in the historic Crown Building steps away from Trump Tower, ranges from $2,133 to $14,932, according to its website.
