The 2024 Osubi Community Unity Cup is set to conclude on December 29, with a star-studded lineup of dignitaries attending the grand finale.
The Chairman of Delta State Sports Commission Chairman, Hon.Onoriode Oborevwori, Africa football legend Victor Ikpeba, CEO P. sports, Agent Paul Ojo Omamomo, and Chairman of Delta state football association Godwin Adode are among the top stakeholders expected to grace the occasion.
The tournament, which began with 16 teams, has been played in a knockout format, with the winners set to receive a whopping Sum of N5 million. The runners-up will take home N3 million, while the third-placed team will earn N2 million.
Individual awards, including cash prizes, will also be presented to outstanding players.
The Osubi Community Unity Cup is sponsored by the Sheriff Jnr Care Foundation, which aims to promote grassroots football development and provide opportunities for young talents to shine.
