“Nigerian fashionistas brought their A-game… @iyaboojofespris is the Best Dressed Winner, Female category. You’re a true fashion icon. Congratulations, Queen Mother, you lit up our premiere with class,” she wrote.

Following questions in the comment section about the prize money, Omoni noted that it was $1,000, not $1 million as announced in the post.

In reaction, Iyabo expressed her gratitude with the words, “Wooooooow, thanks my love @omonioboli… I’m truly honored.”

The actress’ outfit to the premiere featured a black floor-length gown with a daring neckline, complemented by a wide-brimmed black hat and matching purse.

The star-studded event took place on Sunday, October 13, drawing a constellation of Nollywood stars, including Uche Jombo, Chioma Akpotha, Alexx Ekubo, Bam Bam, Deyemi Okanlawon, Odunlade Adekola, Kie Kie, AY Makun, May Edochie, Yvonne Jegede, Beverly Osu, Rita Dominic, Mercy Aigbe and her husband Kazeem Adeoti.
