The Beninise Residents in Nigeria, Ogun State chapter ( UBEN) has appreciated the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun on his various developmental strides and the assistance he has been rendering to non Nigerians residents in Ogun State.
Speaking at the inauguration of some sectional heads of the Association in Abeokuta, the President of the Association Romania Kakpo said the governor has done copiously well in the assignment given to him by the Ogun people as he keeps setting the pace for other governors and leaders to follow.
The Association called on all residents of the State to keep backing the governor so that he will be able to deliver more dividends of democracy.
According to the Association President, Kakpo, “Mr. Governor deserves all the prayers as some of us when we came to this country, the Ogun State government gave us the opportunity to use its land for farming land without much ado, he relaxed the process of getting a farming land and he has been very supportive of aliens in n the State.
He described the Governor as a God sent to lead Ogun State, and with this, he had been living an exemplary life, touching lives and assisting the people.
He is a reflection of God’s impeccable character, as a human servant, He is transforming lives, through quality leadership and Governance in Ogun State,
He then charged all the citizens and residents of Ogun State home and abroad and friends of the governor to keep rallying around him with prayers and physical support at all time while assuring the governor that the Association will not fail in its task of building the State together.
He called on all Beninise Residents In Ogun State to be security conscious while calling on them to eschew anything that may put them against the law of the land.
“One thing I will continue to tell you is to shun any acts that will put you against the law. Follow and obey all laws in Nigeria and don’t engage in child trafficking or child labour.
At the programme, UBEN members were enlightened by some security personnels such as Nigerian Police and Immigration, on the need for them to obey all laws of the land.
The programme witnessed the inauguration of some sectional heads and cultural display.
