The Nigerian Police, Delta State Command has declared one Ruth Osato Idemudia wanted for engaging in same sex act.

The police in a bulletin signed by one Inspector Ismail Fagbenro on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, Delta State Command said handsome rewards await anybody who can supply information leading to the arrest of the accused.

wanted for engaging/ promoting same sex act which is contrary to the provision of same sex marriage (prohibition) Act, 2013 and punishing with fourteen
years imprisonment.
