Many feared dead as Mosque collapses during prayer in Lagos

Many people were feared dead on Sunday afternoon when a mosque collapsed in the Papa Ajao area of Lagos State.

According to a source, the mosque collapsed during afternoon prayer.

Many dead and injured bodies have been moved from the rubble, with many more feared trapped.

When contacted, the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said, “I do not have the figure of people that died yet, and I am still waiting for it.”
