The Chief Executive Officer of Aerofield Homes Limited, Armstrong Akintunde said that the collaboration between his property company and Oodua Investment is hinged on further expansion of the socio-economic prosperity of Nigerians, particularly as it relates to provision of decent housing.

Akintunde disclosed this on Friday during the groundbreaking ceremony marking the beginning of construction of Ikeja Luxury Apartments, a joint housing project with the Oodua Investment nestled within the highbrows area of Ikeja GRA, Lagos State.

The property merchant while hailing this historic partnership with Oodua Investment reaffirmed the commitment of his company to get the housing project delivered in record time.

Akintunde said “we are extremely proud of this partnership and we are grateful to all the drivers of this lofty dreams, I mean those who believe in our capabilities and expertise to make a huge difference in providing decent and qualitative housing for Nigerians.

“I must appreciate the Chairman of this conglomerate, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru, for his dynamic leadership and courage to expand the frontier of economic prosperity of this renowned business empire with collaboration such like with ours which is designed to address the housing needs of Nigerians.

“Aerofield Homes is known for the prompt delivery of quality homes anywhere in the country and we are always willing to partner with individuals, groups and government as long as the efforts are tailored towards solving the housing challenges in the country.

“Our main concern at Aerofield Homes Limited is pushing down the figure of Nigerians without decent shelter and this we have been pursuing with tremendous drive, energy and integrity.

Delivering his speech at the event, the Group Chairman, Oodua Investment, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru appealed to Nigerians to invest in the company’s real estate developments and explore various opportunities across its different business interests saying that his leadership and commitment to deliver sustainable returns and manage risks effectively remains as solid as ever.
