The Senior Special Assistant to President on Community Engagement Southeast, Barr. Mrs Chioma Nweze has felicitated the Honourable Minister Of Works, Sen .Engr David Nweze Umahi on the occasion of the award of Honorary Doctorate degree by Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, on Saturday

According to her statement Reads;
“It is with heart full of joy that I write to felicitate the grand master of infrastructure, Former Governor of Ebonyi State, Former Deputy Majority Leader of the 10th Senate and now The Honourable Minister of Works, His Excellency Sen Engr David Nweze Umahi, FNSE FNATE, GGCEHF, CON, on the occasion of the award of Honoris Causa by the prestigious Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, on 20th April 2024.
“Your Excellency sir, it is evident that your track records as the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State are glaringly written on blueprints. The scorecards, the legacies and the standards you left behind underscore you as innovative Lord, a master planner, and a trailblazer. Your contributions are felt daily and your impacts to the State glooming.
“To our Most Distinguished Governor, His Excellency Rt Hon Bldr Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, FNIOB GGCEHF, I appreciate you most highly for all your monumental achievements so far in all spheres of our great state.
