Cult-related violence has no place in a civilized society and represents a grave threat to the peace, stability, and progress of our beloved state. The indiscriminate killings, extortion, and intimidation perpetrated by these criminal elements must be met with the full force of the law and those responsible must be swiftly brought to justice.

The Aviary Association Worldwide, Gateway Aviary State President, Comrade Olusegun Oyebola aicmc while addressing the press in Abeokuta, affirms that the Chapter stands in solidarity with the people of Ogun State during this challenging time and extends our heartfelt condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims. We recognize the urgent need for collective action to address this crisis and restore peace and security to our communities.

We call upon the relevant authorities, including law enforcement agencies and the state government, to intensify efforts to combat cult-related violence and ensure the safety and protection of all residents. There must be no impunity for those who perpetrate these heinous crimes, and measures must be put in place to dismantle cult networks and disrupt their operations.

Furthermore, we urge members of the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities or individuals to the appropriate authorities.
