Governor Alia Assures Benue stakeholders for enhance development

Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia has accused members of the parliamentarian from the state of allegedly fueling influx of herdsmen in the State.
The Governor while addressing his supporters on video clips monitored by Salient Times on Monday in Makurdi, explained to his audience that some men from National Assembly wrote letters inviting Fulani herdsmen to come and graze with their cattles in the State.
He noted their grouse with him are that salaries and pensions were paid as when due hitherto now.
“More worrisome is these his refusal to share government funds to individuals it has been major different if you know our state is backward as in relation to others created same year in 1976.
Since, I came on board am working round the clock to ensure those social amenities which makes up a city were provided for enduring general to come and benefit.
According to Governor Alia, apparently referring to these people as bokoti mbaior litterlarly meaning pocket people in English.
He however maintained determination of his administration to ensure face-lift towards total turn around for better Environment where evey indigene would be proud to beat his chest to call my own State.
He asserted his readiness to do everything humanly possible towards ensuring accerleted development in the State.
