A statement by Chairman, PR and Stakeholders Sub-Committee of the event, Akin Okudero, disclosed that
Mrs. Oluwaseun Boye, Secretary of the Local Organizing Committee and Ogun State Chapter Chairman, revealed that these selected hotels, including Park Inn by Radisson, Green Legacy Resort Conference Hotel, Continental Suites, and IBD Int’l, have agreed to provide discounted rates for delegates.

The statement further added that conveniently located within a 15-minute driving radius from the main venue, the June 12 Cultural Centre in Kuto, Abeokuta, these accommodations aim to facilitate easy commuting.

It read further that with more than 2,000 delegates expected to attend the week from various locations, additional hotels are actively being pursued and will be added to the list once secured.

Committee members are strongly encouraged to capitalize on the early booking discounts to secure comfortable accommodation during their stay in Abeokuta.

Emphasizing the importance of providing a high-quality experience for delegates, Chief Yomi Badejo-Okusanya (YBO), Chairman of the National Planning Committee, cautioned that any hotel failing to meet standards will be promptly removed from the list.

Okudero also announced the upcoming launch of a Hospitality Help Line to aid delegates facing challenges in securing hotel accommodation.

He said the Nigeria Public Relations Week, organized by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), is slated to take place from Monday, April 22nd, to Friday, April 26th, 2024.
