Virgins initiated into womanhood in Rivers community (photos)
Some young virgins were initiated into womanhood during the famous Iria ceremony in Ogu town in Ogu-Bolo Local Government Area of Rivers State.
The ceremony was held on Saturday, December 2, 2023.
The Iria ceremony of the Wakirike people is an event held to officially welcome young virgins into womanhood.
