Femi Adebayo gushes over father Adebayo Salami in agbada photos

Actor Femi Adebayo has shared pictures on social media in celebration of his father Adebayo Salami popularly known as Oga Bello.

The 44-year-old took to his Instagram page on Wednesday to share photos of them in matching outfits, revealing how glad he was to celebrate his father whom he considers his mentor, and closest friend.

Femi emphasised that his father deserves to be celebrated every day.

He wrote, “Can you spot the resemblance? The smile, The posture, The charisma, even to the agbada 😂 Eni to ba bini laa njo, mo jo man yi no be small 😎 Champions in red! You see this partnership, I don’t play with it at all! I am glad to celebrate my father, mentor, and closest friend this Wednesday. He deserves it every day!”

Femi and his father featured in the movie, Jagun Jagun. Femi played the role of the evil warrior Ogundiji while his father starred as Oba Alayaki.

The movie began airing on Netflix on August 10 after its private screening in the Lekki area of Lagos the previous day.

It earned 2,100,000 views in its first three days, making it one of the top 10 most-watched non-English films during that period.
