‘A Good Role Model Of All Times’, Armstrong Celebrates Osoba @ 84,

The convener of Dapo Abiodun Continuity Agenda (DACA) and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogun State, Armstrong ‘Tope Akintunde has joined millions all over the world to celebrate the former governor of the state and national leader of the ruling party, Chief Olusegun Osoba on the auspicious occasion of his 84th birthday.
Armstrong, in a statement made available to journalists in Abeokuta the state capital on Saturday described Chief Osoba as a dependable and loving father as well as a political role model to many across the world.
The property merchant while extolling the virtues of the media guru and former Managing Director of Daily Times further described Chief Osoba as a rare politician, a very courageous one at that who had sometimes risked his life confronting the jackboots of the military so as to return the nation to the democratic paths.
Armstrong said “I am more than excited to celebrate this rare gift to mankind, our loving Baba, a reputable leader of our party, APC and former governor of our dear state, Chief Olusegun Osoba on his 84th birthday today.
“Your life has no doubt been a blessing to many of us across the globe. If not for selflessness and courageous attitude of people like you during the military era, I am not sure we shall be enjoying the current democratic government.
“You are no doubt a role model of all times to so many of us given your priceless contributions to the growth of our dear nation. As you are 84 years today, it is our earnest prayers that the almighty God will preserve you sir in sound health to further lead us to greater heights”.
