Accolades as Sosanwo, a redoubtable politician, philanthropist hits 50
Exactly 50 years ago, the good Lord in his infinite mercy decided to bless the Sosanwo family in Sagamu with a bouncing baby boy. Today, that little boy of yesterday had grown in grace and stature to become a force to be reckoned with in engineering, oil and gas, security, agriculture, politics and philantrophy.
He is no other person than the former senatorial candidate for Ogun East in 2019 and currently the Executive Secretary of Ogun State Security Trust Fund, Engr. Adeola Sosanwo.
One thing that many people will testify about this great Sagamite is his undying love for the people and this is evidently seen in the ways and manners he plays his politics.
Sosanwo’s brand of politics has always revolves around selfless service and easing pains of the people and this was corroborated during Covid-19 pandemic when he deployed his hard earned resources to support thousands of people across Ogun East. The support came in form of food stuff like rice, beans, garri, noodles and cash.
Of course, he is one rare breed politician who has made selfless service his forte and lifestyle and that’s why his office and home in Sagamu are always playing host to teeming members of the public who believe in his leadership capacity and readiness to help within the available resources.
And as the Executive Secretary of the State Trust Fund, Engr Adeola Sosanwo has been able to rally other stakeholders to buy into the vision of Gov Dapo Abiodun to make Ogun the most peaceful in the federation.
As this inimitable politician and first class entrepreneur hits the golden age, our heartfelt prayers is that this oil and gas merchant and selfless leader will continue to go stronger and higher and of course celebrates 90+ in sound health and greater prosperity.
