Habeeb Okikiola, the controversial singer fondly called Portable, has claimed a single mother cannot properly raise a child.

Portable spoke about several topics during the recent Timi Agbaje’s podcast  episode on Tuesday.

When asked about his previous comment on a single woman raising a child, Portable was affirmative.

Speaking in Pidgin English, the ‘Zazoo Zeh’ crooner claimed if a single mother “disappoints” her man, she will find it difficult to take care of herself and the child(ren).

“Wetin I mean? You disappoint your husband, you con go carry pikin. Who go con dey take care of am? Who go feed you? No be ‘asana’ go feed am, The papa pikin wey dey hustle?” he said.

“Okay now, you think sey e easy make man dey hustle, make woman sit down for house? Oba ba lori ohun gbogbo – a man must hustle.

“Dem go rip you. Make money before you love. Na hin finish am. If you get money, woman go dey pursue you,” he added.

Last month, Portable accused Keji, one of his baby mamas, of infidelity.

“Man put you for the house, you still dey promise another man. Wahala Wahala Wahala. You are never ready. O sare lo marry,” he claimed.
