Ebizi Ndiomu-Brown, the member representing Sagbama Constituency three in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, has spoken about her achievements and vision for his constituents.

In an exclusive interview with newsmen in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital, she highlighted her accessibility, community engagement, and dedication to development projects.

“I have always been there for my people practically on a daily basis,” she said, emphasizing her commitment to serving his constituents.

Ndiomu-Brown added that her focused is on education, healthcare, and infrastructure development, ensuring that his constituency benefits from government projects.

She further highlighted projects embarked upon to include rehabilitated water facilities, provided educational grants, and empowered traders, particularly women.

She also sponsored trainings and distributed essential items to schools and communities.

Ndiomu-Brown attributed her success to his listening ear and willingness to respond to the needs of his people. “I have a listening hear to my people,” he said, adding that she has been able to address various challenges facing his constituents.

On Governor Douye Diri’s administration, Ndiomu-Brown praised his leadership, citing improvements in infrastructure, human capital development, and empowerment projects. “His Excellency has performed excellently well,” she said, highlighting the governor’s commitment to development.

Regarding the demolition of a shanty town in Yenagoa, Ndiomu-Brown defended the government’s action, saying it was necessary to ensure safety and security. “No responsible government would watch shanty harbouring criminals and look the other way,” she said.

In her parting words, Ndiomu-Brown urged party members to maintain peace and consensus, saying, “These are the approaches to follow for lasting peace and progress of our party.”
