Participants drawn from across Nigeria and the Republic of Benin included students and members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

The intensive training combined professional development with spiritual enrichment, featuring plenary sessions, morning devotionals, prayer and worship, drama presentations, and a special session focused on governance.

At the end of the programme, participants received certifications in several specialised tracks, including Corporate Strategy, Financial Intelligence, Media Management, Business Ideation, Advertising Management, Business Networking, Marketing, and Brand Management.

The organisers noted that only a nominal commitment fee was charged to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for youths from diverse backgrounds.

Speaking on the impact of the collaboration, Founder and Principal of TBIS Africa, Emmanuel Ikediashi, reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to providing practical and accessible business education for young Africans.
“Learning and leadership form the foundation of true growth,” Ikediashi said. “By combining them with practical, skill-based education and engaging seasoned industry professionals as facilitators, we deepen the learning experience and inspire participants to build sustainable careers and enterprises.”
