A mild drama played out at the 10th year coronation ceremony of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, in Osun state over the weekend between first lady Remi Tinubu and the governor of the state, Governor Ademola Adeleke.

The governor went up the podium to deliver his speech and in his usual funny manner, began by singing praises to God. The first lady who was at the ceremony appeared not to have time for such. She immediately walked up to him and stopped him from singing.

Adeleke, however, continued singing. Annoyed by his stance, Mrs Tinubu returned to him and said

“I will turn off the microphone. Stop the music.”
