A man identified as Shalbal Yusuf of Matadangwoni Village, via Auna District, Magama Local Government Area, has allegedly k!lled one Lusha Alhaji Washa, also known as Muyaye, 30, following a domestic dispute.
The incident reportedly occurred at about 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 when Yusuf allegedly caught his wife with Washa.
In the ensuing confrontation, Yusuf is said to have attacked Washa with a machete, inflicting severe injuries to his head and neck.
The injured man was rushed to the General Hospital, Auna, where he later d!ed while receiving treatment.
The body was photographed and deposited at the hospital for autopsy.
Efforts are ongoing by the police to apprehend Yusuf, who remains at large, as the circumstances surrounding the incident continue to be investigated.
