The Council chairman of Ohaozara local government area of Ebonyi State, Hon. Aja Chinonso has called on Ebonyi youths to continue supporting the administration of President Bola Tinubu and that of the state governor, Francis Nwifuru.
Chinonso made this known in press briefing with journalists to mark this year’s 65 Nigeria Independence anniversary/ 29 celebration of Ebonyi state Creation.
He pointed out that President Tinubu is leading the nation to a path of great economic growth.
“And that is why I’m using this opportunity to call on youths in Ebonyi to continue supporting Mr. President.
Tinubu’s led administration is visionary and is gradually taken Nigeria to the path of great economic growth, and we the youths are the ones to enjoy it most.
“Also the support should not stop, it should be extended to our state governor, Francis Nwifuru and other leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
“As a youth, governor Nwifuru’s led administration is youth oriented. He has empowered the youth more than any other groups in the state.
He has restored peace and unity in Ebonyi and is building roads and bridges across every communities of which many (communities) in Ohanzara were not left out.
“And all these were the true dreams of our founding fathers in Ebonyi,” he stated.
In Ohaozara, the Chairman noted that numerous projects have been executed under his administration.
“These include: building of roads, Classrooms to enhance teaching and learning in both primary and secondary schools, paying school fees to both final year secondary schools students and higher institution students, building and equipping primary healthcare centres among others.
“So as we annually celebrate this historic moment of freedom, we also commemorate another memorable milestone – October 1st, 1996 – when our dear State, Ebonyi, was created,”he added.
