The Ogun State Chapter of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has commended the Interim National Chairman of the Party, Senator David Mark on the statement that the National Executive Committee of the Party has no intention of tampering with the State Structure, but rather committed to fostering unity and inclusiveness.
The Ogun State Chairman of the Party, Otunba Femi Soluade in a release signed by the State Publicity Secretary, Hon. Olumide Onabajo and made available to Newsmen said the statement credited to the Interim National Chairman of ADC, Senator David Mark, during his crucial meeting with all State Chairmen at his country home in Abuja last Thursday, is a welcome development, assuring that the Party in the State will work for the success of all its candidates in the 2027 general elections.
His words, “We acknowledge with appreciation the reassurance by Senator David Mark that the Interim National Executive Committee of the ADC harbours no intention of sidelining State Chairmen or State structures, but remains committed to fostering unity, inclusiveness, and collective growth within the party. His words have rekindled confidence and strengthened the bond of cooperation between the National leadership and the State organs of our party.
“Otunba Dr. Femi Soluade, expressed the state’s unwavering commitment to the vision and mission of the African Democratic Congress. He assured the National Executive Committee and all party stakeholders that Ogun State remains firmly aligned with the strategic goals of the party as we work towards achieving success in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
“We in Ogun State will do everything within our power to ensure that the ADC emerges victorious in all strata of Elective positions in Ogun State come 2027. The unity, integrity, and progress of our party remain paramount, and we are determined to consolidate our structures and mobilize grassroots support towards this objective,”* Dr. Soluade stated.
The Ogun ADC leadership reiterates its commitment to ongoing collaborations with the National Executive Committee and other State chapters, recognizing that collective effort is the key to the party’s growth and electoral success.
