He told the people to learn to go about their businesses and leave a man whose political son has been enjoying the best cordial relationship a predecessor and successor has ever enjoyed in the history of Nigeria politics.
He said Nwifuru was not leaving any Stone unturned at ensuring the welfare of Ebonyians are prioritized not minding the cost, noting Governor Nwifuru was the first governor in Nigeria to announce wage award to the civil servants of the state on assumption of office as the governor while they wait the implementation of the new national minimum wage, among other achievements of the governor within the period under review.
He emphasized the need for the sensitization tour of the party to galvanize support for the party as well to ascertain the challenges facing APC members in the local government areas.
He added “We want to go and find out because in some wards and LGAs, there are some officers who have been elevated to other positions like supervisory councillors, management committee members, we want to also see how we can possibly replace the vagrancies this must have created in the APC family”
“How can there be a crisis between the governor and the minister of works. APC is a principled party such that everybody knows where his work starts and ends. There is nothing like a problem between the two of them”
