PDP Senators caucus moves to resolve crisis rocking party

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Senate caucus on Thursday moved to resolve the crisis rocking the party.

The development followed an over three-hour closed-door meeting which was presided by the Senate Minority Leader, Senator Abba Moro.

Briefing journalists after the meeting, Moro who represents Benue South Senatorial District disclosed that an expanded Committee involving former Governors on the platform of PDP and some notable leaders have been mandated to interact with aggrieved members.

The Committee members, he said, have been tasked to identify areas of grievances and ensure peaceful resolution before turning in their reports for the party to move ahead.
