The Institute of Arts Management and Professional Studies/ Ecolerite Institute Of Peace Advancement In Partnership With Prowess University, Delaware, USA has decorated the Asiwaju of Orile-imo, Obafemi Owode Local Government,  Ogun State, High Chief Dr.  Olakunle Olalekan with honorary doctorate degree.

The community leader was honored during the 10th Leadership Summit with the theme ” Enterprenuership and Job Creation As Tool For Peace” held  on 14th September Subomi Balogun Hall, University of Ibadan.

The African Representative Prowess University and Founder/ Registral IAMPS, Prof. Eze C. Nwauba while presenting the honorary degree to Asiwaju of Orile- imo said he has heard a lot of good news about the community leader.

Prof. Eze Nwauba in his speech said “Today’s honour is meant for prominent individuals who have contributed to society and distinguished him or herself in their chosen careers, having done a background check on Asiwaju Olakunle  Olalekan,  we found him worthy of the honour. 

“The event was held on the 14th of September,  at the University of Ibadan, and it mandated on us to decorate him

“This is not an honour to be paid for but meant for people of good reputation that is why we found Asiwaju worthy of the honor.

“We are imploring him to continue to be himself and add value to the community,  we heard about the empowerment he did last year with the tunes of millions also for him put this kind of infrastructure in his hometown, it shows he is a grassroots man and who is deeply rooted, so, he should continue to give back to society,  and be a good ambassador of our university because Prowess University is known for excellence, so we will always look up to him as ambassador of the university'”

Meanwhile, the Asiwaju of Orile-Imo, Dr. Olakunle Olalekan appreciated the Prowess University for finding him worthy of the honor of a doctorate degree,  promising that he will not relent in his good deeds to the people of his community.
