Police arrest man with gun, 25 live cartridges in Lagos
The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of one Oladimeji Hassan over possession of weapons.
In a post on its official X handle, the Command said the 27 year old suspect was arrested on Tuesday morning at the Berger area.
The post revealed that the suspect, who was arrested by officers of the Ojodu Division, was caught with a locally made gun and twenty five live cartridges.
According to the Command, investigation is currently ongoing to unravel the reason behind the activities of the suspect.
The post reads, “Oladimeji Hassan ‘m’ aged 27 was arrested at Berger earlier today by officers of Ojodu Division after he was searched and found with a locally made gun and twenty five live cartridges. Investigation is ongoing.”
