President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, VP Kasim Shettima, National Chairman and APC Family are all congratulated by the favourable judgement pronounced by the Judiciary following the petition instituted by the duo of Alhaji A.Atiku of PDP and Peter Obi of LP.

The petitioners exercise their fundamental human right just to heat up the polity and also to pacify their followers.

INEC must be commended as well for their effort to give us a free and reasonable fair election.

The judgement is also a medium to commend the Judiciary as an unbiased umpire. Common man hope in the Judiciary is further entrenched. The Judiciary stood firm in the face of harassment and intimidation from the blind and gullible supporters of the petitioners. It is obvious that law and justice is not by emotions and sentiments but consideration of facts and emperical evidences.

The victory is sweet, however PBAT success is paramount hence all hands must be on deck. Let me take this opportunity to urges our State Governors and Ministers to key in and share the RENEWED HOPE vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The court case has taken a shine off the imminent 100 days in office of PBAT. The foundation for a new prosperous socio-economy being laid are commendable. Definitely, itis  a marathon of work for the rebuild of which PBAT ability and capability are never in doubt.

The whole nation must remember to put our leaders in prayers towards a Successful tenure, Sen Soji Akanbi concluded.
