Sola Kosoko welcomes baby boy — hours after celebrating birthday
Sola Kosoko, the Nollywood actress, has announced the arrival of a bouncing baby boy.
The film star, who is the daughter of Jide Kosoko, the ace actor, took to her social media page to welcome her “prince charming.”
Sola, who celebrated her 43rd birthday on Saturday — also appreciated God for adding a bundle of joy to her family.
“Hurray hurray hurray! My prince charming has arrived. Celebrate with me once again as I welcome my son. God has been faithful and I do not take his faithfulness for granted. Glory be to God almighty,” she wrote.
In a follow-up post on Sunday, the actress shared a video of her dancing while she was pregnant with her son.
“If my tongue numbers the hair on my head, they won’t be enough to talk about the good things God has done for me. He has indeed been faithful,” she wrote.
“Thanks for the gift of life. All glory to the king of kings and lord of lords. Let my whole life be an expression of your grace. Welcome to the world my prince. You shall fulfill purpose and destiny.
“And to many looking forward to such a blessing, I use myself as a point of contact to receive blessings in Jesus’ name.”
Sola and Abiodun Abinna, her husband, tied the knot in 2012. They now have two daughters and a son together.
In May last year, Bidemi Kosoko, the sister to Sola, who is also an actress, welcomed a baby girl.
